a bad day for the non-single

A sad day for relationships, this has truly been.

FIrst, i get a message from Cam, telling me that he and brad broke up… they were such a good couple and i think he’s really upset (though it’s hard to tell in text).

Then, while my parents were eating arby’s with me, cassie came and crying and came right up to me…. so my parents left (after a “please leave now” look from me) and I found out that her and ben just broke up

So right now I’m trying to get cassie settled down, and prepped for the marching band performance in (checks watch) 1.5 hours (well that’s our call time at least)

oh boy…

I move in tomorrow, and I can’t wait.

I’m still not all the way packed though :-/ … gotta go finish that right after this obligatory last-post-from-home post.

A massive war has broken out on planet Bob, involving 14 of the top 20 alliances and many many lower alliances.

Basically NPO took one step too far and NpO, GR, and SOLID finally stood up to them.

NPO has long been crushing smaller allies of polaris (NpO) just for the fun of it…. along with any other alliance they feel like (they can do this because they are nine times the size of a normal alliance) and their casus bellis is always: we accuse you of having a spy in our ranks… which turns out to be true about 5% of the time.

So, afraid for their own alliance’s sake… many of them have joined up with NPO. But the Complaints and Greivances Union, BLEU, and some more of our friends are not going to let NPO off easy with this one.

This pretty much sums up the awesomeness of the cavaliers. I’ve decided that I’m going to let no one talk me out of it. I’m auditioning and (hopefully) playing with the Cavaliers this summer. I only have 3 years left that I’m young enough to do this, and it’s something I’ve always really wanted to do.

On a similar note: I hate teaching saxophone, and I’m starting to dislike playing it also. It is such a picky instrument that takes more practice than it is worth. And when you teach it, you have to use the phrase “it could be ___” a million times when a student is having a problem. The saxophone is by far the best woodwind instrument… but brass is where it’s at.
